Due to the nature of our products and inventory handling process, all sales made through Sharp Touch are considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect ordering decisions, or buyer’s remorse.

By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to these terms and understand that refunds will not be issued simply because you no longer want the item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Lost or Delayed Packages

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs, weather conditions, or carrier delays. Sharp Touch is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping provider to investigate the issue.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After this timeframe, orders are processed and prepared for shipment and can no longer be canceled or modified.

Return Eligibility

Returns are only considered in rare cases where:

  • The wrong item was received
  • The item arrived severely damaged
  • The item is defective upon arrival

Returned items must be unused and in original packaging unless otherwise approved by our support team.

Chargebacks & Disputes
